The rooms at Hôtel des Tonneliers are super cozy and stylish. They've got a flat-screen TV for my late-night binge-watching and a private bathroom with a shower. Plus, the free WiFi keeps me connected. As a young traveler, I felt right at home!
The only thing I didn't love was the lack of bathtubs in the private bathrooms. But hey, that's just my preference.

Rooms were tasteful and romantic!
Perfectly fine clean hotel and staff was amazingly nice and accommodating. Everything was nice, yet a few employees were not polite. The room we had included central heating, multi-channel TV, and a writing desk. The bed was exceptionally COMFORTABLE and worked perfectly. The property had a marvellous and particularly good location easy walk to Gutenberg Square.

The rooms were equipped with digital programming options, so our kids could enjoy their favorite shows and movies. , the excellent internet access allowed us to easily surf the web and stay connected with friends and family. the hotel provided great entertainment options for everyone.
My children wanted a larger play area or maybe a kids' club at the hotel.

The location of this hotel was perfect for a Christmas getaway! It was right in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the festive attractions. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. Plus, the windows were well insulated, so even though there were lively pubs on the street, it didn't disturb my rest. One more advantage was the friendly and helpful staff at the restaurant nearby. They not only allowed me to pay for parking but also kindly looked after my car keys.
While my overall experience was enjoyable, there were a few downsides. the room I stayed in was quite small.

We loved the central location of Des Tonneliers. Being right in the heart of the old town and just a few meters from a pedestrian zone made it incredibly convenient for exploring Strasbourg. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, and the room's insulation was effective in reducing noise from the nearby pubs. We also want to mention Emmanuel from the restaurant next to the hotel, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He assisted us with paying for parking and even took care of our keys for the parking garage.
Nothing to complain about 😊
